Yes! I have been extremely busy these last couple of weeks. All good, some... so so.
But I have been doing lots!
This is a super simple but yummy recipe I like to do for myself because my husband is not crazy about shrimp and can't have spicy foods.
So basically I make the rice, and once is done I drain it and mix curry powder with a little bit of water until it disolves and then pour coconut milk and the curry mix on top of the rice. Stir.
Shrimp: dice garlic, butter in pan, make garlic golden and then add the shrimp and brown.
