COCONUT FLAN




Hey y'all! Happy Tuesday! I hope you all had a great weekend and merciful Monday! Today I am bringing you a very delicious and extremely easy summer dessert to enjoy while the hot days last. Well, you can probably eat it all year round!


This is a super soft and light coconut flan with only 6 ingredients and 1 is water!

You'll need:


For the caramel:
2 cups of sugar

For the flan:
5 eggs
1 can of condensed milk
2 cans of water (same measurements as the milk)
vanilla extract
2 cups of shredded coconut


To make the caramel you need a pan. Heat the sugar until it becomes dark and pour it into your flan mold.

Mix all the other ingredients stirring with a spoon (not mixer) and pour into the mold.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes and then let cool before putting it in the fridge. To serve, unmold the flan on a serving plate and you'll the caramel all around it.

Serve with whipped cream and/or dulce de leche!
